Enlarging Front!! - Cosmetologist advises Namitha

South Indian actress Namitha has decided to reduce her enlarging front. She is flying to Malaysia for a cosmetic surgery on the advice of co-actress Nayantara who went for a body reduction surgery a couple of years ago. It is said that Nayantara gave some useful tips to Namitha on the sets of Billa in which both are sharing the lead roles.

The rumor mill says that her cosmetologist has advised the actress to check the growth of her generous bosom before it crosses a heavy 42 inches! It has become regular for the directors to show a scene with Namitha running on the tracks or in rain! On many occasions, the actress appears onscreen with low neck thin tops, which makes many a hearts tremble with excitement.
